 1. 85% of mediations end in resolutions. Mediation is a powerful and successful dispute resolution process. Majority of successfully mediated conflicts result in negotiated solutions that are satisfactory to all disputants.

2. Never have to worry about your dispute being public information like a normal litigation process (going to court). All conflicts and resolutions will remain confidential.

3. The disputants are the best people to come up with a decision that is unique to their needs. Allow the mediator to guide your case to a resolution that will be satisfactory for all parties.

4. If for some reason, disputants are unable to come to an agreement, mediated solution disputants are no worse off than before mediation.
